Looking for a family doctor
We're not accepting new patients for ongoing primary care right now. To be matched with a family doctor or nurse practitioner in BC, you can register with the Health Connect Registry through HealthLink BC.
Specialist referrals
Most specialist visits need a referral from your doctor or nurse practitioner.
- Your doctor or nurse practitioner sends a referral to the Seymour specialist.
- Our team reviews it and contacts you with an appointment.
- Bring your BC Services Card and a list of your medications to your visit.
Phone appointments
Some visits can happen by phone. Ask when you book whether a phone appointment is right for you.
